Anti-Termites

Termites are the hidden enemies.They are social insects forming small or large colonies. They are natural part of environment & break down dead wood. It is estimated that termites cause more damage than fire and storms put together .

Pre - Construction treatment:

The treatment before the building is constructed underneath the foundation, along the plinth of foundation, internal flooring before the flooring is laid, outside perimeter of the building is treated with chemical diluted in water

Anti Termite Treatment Method - Post construction treatment:

• If a individual flats to be treated holes are drilled at the junction of floors and chemical diluted is poured inside the solution.
• If the entire building is treated holes are done on both inside and outside areas at the junction of the wall and floor at every 30 cm distance. The chemical diluted in water is poured inside the holes at 1 ltr per solution or till refusal.

In case of a apartment structure the 1st floor and or mezanine floor is treated. The remaining floors treatment is optional as the case may be.
